Stage plays like the original, would like to see Wrecking Crew to have another game again. Maybe re-introduce us with Foreman Spike.

Those eyes just let you know that an enemy is trapped in the barrel. The original Wrecking Crew did that, as well.

I actually sort of predicted a Wrecking Crew stage somehow. Although I thought it'd be another 8-Bit stage like Balloon Fight. Might make the layout of my own version in the stage builder once I get the game for Christmas.

The constant changes of the layout may just test your adaptation to the limit lol I do wonder how many floors there are, though :P Now, get me my hard hat! I've got some hammering to do!

Congratulations to my fellow gamers in Europe! You'll be pummeling that dog in no time! I didn't even notice the Wrecking Crew stage until I got a 100% in the credits game. Even after all this time and all these PotDs, there are still surprises in this game. If only a playable Krystal was one of them.

Alex. Ridley was deconfirmed. He was confirmed as a stage boss though.

The hype is still strong with Europe and other regions getting Smash Bros. now, and I predict it'll be strong for a while. I do like the Wrecking Crew stage, though; it feels like a balanced mix between a chaotic stage and a structurally stable one.

@Bob You really need to stop with the 'Classic Ridley for roster DLC', I've seen that exact same comment on almost every PotD since Ridley was revealed as a stage boss :/ Back to the PotD: When I first saw this stage I wondered how the bombs and barrels would work, and I found it funny with the eyes in the barrels if you got trapped in there, this is definitely going to be a good stage ^^
