The thing is about mewtwo, is that you can get a lv60 one at the challenge hall and I got two lv53 mewtwos from laboratory booster packs. What luck!

    Lv. 60 Mewtwo is my favourite version of Mewtwo ever. I also consider this the best Mewtwo deck ever: Impregnable Barrier 4 x Lv. 53 Mewtwo, 1 x Maintenance, and 55 x Psychic Energy. Your opponent will literally only have one turn to beat you unless they have Energy Removal cards. Turn 1: Energy→Mewtwo. Turn 2: Energy→Mewtwo + Barrier. Turn 3: Repeat Turn 2. Use Maintenance to not deck out.
