    Don't get me wrong I loved Pikmin 3, but after playing 1+2 for 9 years, you get used to the formula. Pikmin 3 broke that formula and made its own.

    For me, the best was Pikmin 2. It had a sense of adventure and mystery through it all. It was challenging, and even scary at many moments. It gave off a strange atmosphere playing it, and I loved it.

    I agree Gabriel, but to me Pikmin 1 had a dark feeling and a sense of urgency to find all the pieces.

    Exactly, plus they went a step back to me, I mean we lost so many enemies, and I didn't feel as much attachment to the areas either. Truely, they were so big I didn't realize anything memorable.
