    First off, which level are you? You'll need to be strong enough to face him without trouble. Second, I recommend that you use the badge combination that makes you invincible for up to 3-6 hits.

    You can't attack Dreamy Bowser directly. You first have to target his arms with powerful bros attacks. If you have the Zee Egg or the star attack, this makes it easier.
