    Each decoration gives a certain number of points to a skill. Each armor piece gives points to certain skills. When a skill reaches 10 points it activates.

    9 points of Attack does nothing, but 10 points activates Attack Up Small. Some skills have additional tiers at 15 and 20 points, some have negative versions that activate at -10/-15/-20 points
