    In past games, it's hip check would hit you when you were nowhere near it. But they fixed that in this game.

    I'm told it is considerably better in MH3U than in the past, but it's still fairly bad. his legs put his entire body well above your head, but hip-checking will hit anything beside the entire length-

    He's not that bad. In fact, I find him easy. It's just his annoying hitboxes that make Plessy what he is. They were fixed somewhat, but they're still screwed up.

    I did a little more research on it, and apparently you can fish it out with a frog. Underwater combat isn't as much a problem for me, though, as I own the Wii U version.

    Also, my main weapon choice is a Greatsword. My problem is my OTHER main weapon of choice: the Dual Blades. I should practice with the other styles...

    I main Dual Swords and I can take on Plessy just fine. Just remain cautious and time your evades well. And to keep good mobility: DON'T SPAM DEMON DANCE!
