So, capping monsters is supposed to get rarer items. I keep killing/capping Brachy for the Pallium, and all I get are Cortexes. I need the friggin Pallium!

    Sometimes, slaying can work, too. Since you can get Brach Palliums from Body Carves, I would suggest slaying it every now and then.

    I do, but I can never get it. I know it's its rarest drop, but really, with how much I've hunted it, I can never seem to get it. It's annoying. Good thing I like Brachy.

    Well, it takes huge quantities of persistence to get things like those. Other than that, try playing with people who received your Guild Card to get VE Bronze, VE Silver, VE Gold and VE Cosmic ticket.

    It's a 2% drop rate from a carve or a capture, and since it's usually 3 carves vs. 2 capture rewards, I'd say slaying is better. I know I have better luck that way.

    Trading a VE Cosmic Ticket with the Veggie Elder in the Tundra can get you a Brachy Pallium.

    Thank you guys for the help. I'm gonna go hunt it again and see if I get it. As for Guild Cards, I only have 1 because I have a 3ds and am not allowed to walk outside with it. But I have 1 card...

    I recommend trying the canteen quest Cold Day in Hell. That's where I get all of my Brach Palliums. I believe it is a 5% drop there.
