    Ceadeus is super easy for me, i only get hit like twice :D. Use a lance, or something with a shield if you have trouble

    I used lots of bombs, bouncebombs, etc. to damage it's horns on the way to the arena, & carved-up it's beard afterwards + used the underwater ballista often & The Dragonator as well.
