Just tried out my new headphones with microphone attachment. Set my mic sensitivity to one. With the mic right by my mouth, it only picks up me with virtually no room echo. Success!!!

    Got them at gamestop. It's a Kundi stereo headset. The main reason I got them was it said compatible with Wii U. I play on the gamepad with other noises in the room alot...

    This way I don't have too be too loud for others to hear me, but most importantly, It shouldn't annoy other players because the mic sensitivity can now be set to 1.

    I think I'll check them out as well. It would be nice if my mix didn't pick up too much noise from the room, but I saw gamestop headsets going for a lot of $$$

    The ones I got were $60. A little pricey but not bad. The only downside is they squeeze on the ears just a little bit after prolonged play. Not a good idea if planning to chat for 10 hrs or something.
