    No why is there a difference?? having the map mirrored & the dungeons/temples completely different was somewhat unexpected

    The game plays the except that the map of each dungen is in a different order. Keys, golden scultulas, and the whole nine yards are in a different spot. Ganon's Castle is even set up differently.

    I noticed that. I always liked master quest. Having a mirrored overworld might mix things up a bit.

    Master quest seems fun as far as the remixed dungeons and puzzles, but if you want a real challenge, I recommend passing Zelda II.

    I have beat Zelda II and know how difficult to even get to the great palace. Everything just needs to go in your favor.

    That dreaded great palace..by the time I was able to beat it, I knew the dungeon layout back and forth enough to go through it with my eyes closed. It was amazing nonetheless.
