    For the 3DS you must know their PC's name, share the same WiFi signal, & be in close proximity w/ up to 3 other players. "Caveman–style" teamspeak!

    Oh...AND meet @ the multiplayer port. You can do solo versions of the port missions w/ WiFi for HR w/o having a buddy. Kinda tough that way...they're meant for teams.
