  • That's the hard part. Way too little health for a capture quest. Hit it a little bit, then back off and see if it limps. Repeat until it limps. Then follow it to the next area, set a trap...

  • And toss two or three tranqs at it.

  • A trick I've seen a friend do is pick a weapon, take the quest, and count out the number of hits to kill, redo and hit one less than the last run. Minions can cause problems, so leave them behind.

  • Lol, I hate the capture quests. I'm glad they got rid of those for port quests. I used to fail the capture quests SO much because I'd defeat the monster too quickly.

  • Cap'ing Arzuros is hard because Arzuros himself is too easy, lol. You should only need 2 Tranqs if you use them while he's trapped (and don't have Status Attack Down). Try using just a Rare 1 weapon.

  • hit himin the back, you will get more damage on there and when it is tired, then put a tramp and capture it :)

  • Then his health isn't low enough, make sure it's limping. And limping is different from drooling. If you're not sure, paintball it & let it change areas a time or two, then follow & see if it's asleep

  • Or get armor with Perception+10, then paintball it and the icon on the map will flahs when it's ready.
