    go eat at the bistro before hunts, or look for gear that has +X health but remember; you can only make use of a stat by having more than 10 points of said stat. The rathian set a good start

    Eating a meal before you hunt is the best way to do it. You can also use mega nutrients to boost your health. But I wouldn't recommend using up armor skills on it.
