    I think you mean "Mega Fishing Fly". Usually you find it from bug catching spots or under beehives. I'm a bit fuzzy on where to get it...

    the future alpha males will give you 5 mega fishing flies&5 snakebee larvaes for comboing goldenfish bait, just talk to them. it only works if you're still on village 1*, i think.
