    Single player is fun too. I played 100+ hours on Monster Hunter Tri before really diving into multiplayer.

    Well just take your time. This game is really REALLY hard to get into. Took me about 10 hours of total playtime before I really got it.

    I always liked long, drawn out Japanese games, so I guess it was easy for me to get into this. But I can understand why some people may be turned off by the lack-luster beginning.
