    Get lucky cat buff and just be patient the drop is from 6% to 2% pretty low so just keep capturing him to get a better chance. Good luck!.

    Cut off as many pieces as you can and then capture. I bet I captured 40 Ivory and 25 regular Laggi's to get a complete I. Laggi U armour forged! Don't give up.
