So if my Carbalite Cannon with power barrel is 276, but normal 2 shots are 12% of that (33) if i read it right, where is this power actually coming from?

    its like a real shotgun, shorter barrel is more spread, but less power per sq inch, power barrel enlongates barrel, and so reducing spread but packing more power per sq inch

    I think I am looking for what type of shots use all that power, cause i doubt that comes from thwacking monsters with it and my math on Normal S 2

    their are different equations for each ammo type, you just use the power barrel dmg+the RAW dmg, rather than just the RAW dmg, for that specific equation, ie status does mostly status dmg and a ...

    smaller % of RAW dmg and no elemental dmg, whilst a normal2 shot (as you said) does 12% RAW dmg and no status dmg and no elemental dmg... as i do not know the specific % for the equations, i cant...
