    Nintendo probably don't want to mess with their family friendly image by putting this game where people can buy it underage. Also its not an awful game. Sadly Nintendo has never really supported DLC.

    I dunno why but on the family friendly image i dont think its that because you know, the e-shop has Resident Evil and Metal Gear. That is a kind of a clue i guess...
