    Pasa por que tu fireware del modem impide que hagas conexión y también el fireware de los demas te puede bloquear al intentar entrar a una habitación

    Ps mireun video en Youtube, que desia que el error 106-0612 se solucionaba conectando tu Wii u a tu modem Manualmente, y no Automaticamente, pero al del video le salia error con otra aplicasion.
