Newb here. Where do I get the monster descriptions? On level1 and the quest is Guts: It's what's for Dinner. Is there a trick to carving these? Cant find the Epioth and have 12 areas on my map.

purchase descriptions from the sales lady. the epioth are in one of the underwater areas, if this is the quest i think it is, there might be a lagi in the area where you first find them.

area 10 and 11 underwater, there are 2 in area 10, then when you go in 11, lagiacrus shows up. you can do what i did and dodge the lagi while killing epioth and carving, or you can go back to 10 and
