Question

I did the blue cuckoo quest, and talked to the goron at the top of death mountain, but he won't fix my giant's knife! ( I bough the one in the pic.) Am I doing something wrong?

    Go to Gerudo Valley and talk to the fat guy at the tent and give him the poacher's knife. He will give you the broken BIGGORON'S sword. Give that to Biggoron.
