a friend and i just did the transition quest for hr2-3 my friend leveled up and i didn't. can anyone tell me why?

    because your friend must of bought the quest, and for you two to HR up you both need buy the quest

    u have to do all key quests and unlock ur own urgent quest. even if u already unlocked it u still have to be the one to select it and beat it to level up
