Are you able to overcharge the Hammer swing thing? And, is that even worth using? I prefer the golf swing in most cases, but i can't tell how much damage most of my moves are doing?

    Don't know what you mean by "overcharge", but there are three charge levels: down swing, uppercut and superpound/spin. The uppercut is the most useful, as it does good damage and combos into a triple-

    pound. The gold swing is indeed the most damaging attack. For damage values, go to http://www.kiranico.com/weapon/hammer and click Menu then Damage. Values given are the multipliers on each attack.

    i just wasn't sure if you had to time the release of the charge. Like, say you hold it down, charge 1, 2, 3, and if you hold it in to long you fall over or something. But that doesn't happen :)

    What would be considered the "Heaviest" weapon. I'm using the Hammer now, obviously, and i just love the power in it. Also, you wouldn't happen to know Diablos weakness?

    Greatsword and Hammer. Diablos is weak to ice, but if you're using hammer you just want high raw. The belly and neck are the weak spots. Wing (edges, not the flap) are weak to impact too.

    Diablos is one of the few monsters you don't want to aim for the head on with hammers, it takes terrible damage and bounces like crazy. Break the horns then never go for the head again.

    I actually have upgraded Snow slicers, so i'll probably use those. Does that alter you're advice at all???

    For cutting weapons it's the wing flaps instead of the edges. The tail is now a good weak spot, second only to the belly (the length of the tail, not the tip).
