    go to the brown door behind the dancing guy then destroy the jars you will find a switch hit it the guy is free go to a man with eskimo like look he is the one with the sail,hope that helps!xoxo.

    Also try getting swift sail on auction in Windfall on night time. Helps alot. You will need atleast 1000 Rupees though :-/
