    wii u is def next gen... but if thats true it would be a shame. although, i have a feelin after mariokart and smash come out wii u is gonna sell and third party devs are gonna have to join the fun!

    I agree with that! Im just wondering if 3rd parties will jump back on board... I hope they do just so we arnt stuck with nintendo franchises... but still nothing horribly wrong with that...

    Your information is wrong. It was said that they are focussing more on next-gen versions. It will also be on last-gen consoles, but I'm not sure about Wii U due to bad sales.
