Okay, good questions. First, no, and yes. The Recruitment Team has not been around since the beginning of InterviewU (January 7), but has been for only March I think (cannot see post right now)

The Recruitment Team was to help me with finding people for InterviewU. People are recommended, and I am unable to see all of them. They would help me.

The way you got in the Team was simple: you entered your name, and in a drawing, I would pull three names from a hat. It was random and completely fair

When the rt was made it was just to help organize interviews... and still is. It was never about the troll. I have just blocked him so he cant troll me

No I am not a fan of his work.. I was following him for a little when I saw he tried to do interviews too but quickly unfollowed... becuase of events...
