    They even had a MODEM service on the Japanese famicom they were even planning something for the NES. Basically you would have been able to play the lottery via your NES

    pretty sure the deal they made would have screwed Nintendo over so they made a deal with sonys compilation and made philips CD I. Pretty much without telling sony.
