developers knew someone would be looking for people from the roof top so they added a people. it doesn't look impressive but at least they made an effort incase any got distracted from the mission

    this is the level were you zipline onto a building, the fire works on the rooftop is probably a more memorable description. i think its the mission right after the broken dam.jump on the ledge and

    zoom in on a park area next to the tiran building,you also should see a green helicopter landing zone then move ur scope up you'll see the people on the street side walk disappearing&walking backwards
