If you're strapped for hearts, you can lower the shop's prices. Switch the Gamepad to Player 2 and press B & A together. He can't win, but you sure will! (Don't forget to switch back to Player 1)

    The Black Market is the guy who says "Whaddya say? Try buying from me!" with that smug look. His prices are exorbitant, and he also will sell your Weapons back to you when the fairies steal them.
