    Chum-Level and Chum-Chum Tickets are not connected in any way. If you're trying to get the Shaka weapons, get some Kelbi Horns and spam the 1* quest to turn them in. Rinse & repeat.

    No, you get them from questing with the Shakalakas, and the kelbi horn quest can be instantly finished if you bring 2 with you.

    i found that each time you lv up chum chum lv you get chum chum ticket, by doing quest with shakalakas they exp to lv up so your right and wrong

    No you don't. You even said you didnt get a third one right away. Chum level maxes at 5. You need way more than five tickets to make the weapons.

    Their levels are also irrelevant to Chum tickets. You can raise their levels with steaks... It doesnt give you more tickets. Exp levels, Chum levels, and tickets DO NOT affect one another.
