    You can get the pleura from Glacial Agnaktor & Sharqskin from the sharq(poke the sharq with your harpoon)

    Sharqs are sharks. Find them in Moga Woods area 11. Hit them once or twice (depending on your strength) to make them limp, then harpoon them to carve them. Dewy Pleutra comes from Glacial Agnaktor.
