    Helping is fine, but flat out carrying (using overpowered gear in any group where all others are on level, but you're way above) isn't. When helping, equip rank appropriate gear.

    Let them. The game usually weeds them out anyways once the reach certain point. I saw many people rushed that quit later on because it was too hard if they bothered to get better gear and practice it

    But, that ruins the point of the game. They'll think that the game is way too hard and not buy MH4U, if people say it will return to the difficulty that Monster Hunter's known for.

    wouldn't be so bad. I spends hours or days advancing through village at least until my gear and supplies are to the point I am comfortable and reach grank in one go or a day or two.

    That's not carrying though, that's a legitimate strategy for solo play. Carrying is when another person completes quests for you to increase your HR without much, if any, input from you.

    Exactly, Trev, but if someone's carried, they never experience that difficulty. So, they never achieve that sense of accomplishment.

    as she has rank appropriate gear, I myself dislike carrying for this posts purpose, it's okay to show them how, but as long as they're gaining experience and knowledge of the hunt - my 2 cents on this
