    Depends on the wep ur using. If its a wep with very high raw and good sharpness normally then i'd go with CE+3 for the added affinity 2 that high raw 4 devastating damaging power. Of course u can also

    gem in critical draw 4 a guaranteed critical hit along with having AUL or use a set that have either naturally and gem in the other but thats my opinion.

    depends on weapon, after calculations weapons need a raw of 266 or more for CE+3 to be better than AuL. even so the difference its really small, just go with w/e lets you add more skills to the set.

    for LS its 3.3 multiplier, for example pyro demolisher: 858/3.3 = 260 actual raw, for this weapon AuL is very sslightly better as it doesen't reach the 266 sweet spot. as opposed to what holyfork said

    NOT many wepons reach a raw where CE+3 beats AuL the weapons that do are usually non elemental,have bad sharpness or negative affinity.

    You forgot crits work after buffs. Everyone carries charm/talons and with those they all pass it. Not to mention eating.
