Question

Is it possible to transform high rank armor into G rank armor? Just wondering if this was brought back from tri but dont want to waste tru AS if i dont have to.

    Sorry to say but, its not possible. if you want new armor it must be crafted from scratch. armor cannot be upgraded to create different armor in the sence that a weapon be upgraded and branched out.

    You can get high rank armor to g rank defense I still use my azure rathalos it's not the strongest but nothing a little evasion can't fix

    Tri never had that. Tri didn't even let you get Highrank def on LR sets. The only thing you could do for LR armor was unlock coloring and give it half the def of an upgraded HR piece.

    @N37RUNN3R im thinking capcom thinks it is fine the way it is and most likely wont change it, it's just as a player the grinding can get rather harsh.
