Take a weapon with impact (hammer, HH, GS sideslap or lance and SnS shield bash) to the Deserted Island and look for a kelbi in area 3 with large horns.

You have a 45% chance to carve them from a KO'd regular Kelbi, a 65% chance to carve them from a KO'd large Kelbi, and a 9% chance in the rewards for Prescription Pick Up.

No, just keep KOing Kelbi, looking for large Kelbi and doing Prescription Pickup, you'll get them.

Probably the fastest way is to just get two kelbi horns in your inventory, start Prescription Pick Up, turn it in immediately, take the two kelbi horns it gives you and put them in your inventory...

old lady sell blue, but if u need green do aldea mission low lv, give 2kelvi horns on box and and at end they give u 2horns if u have lucky sometimes they gibe u 1 or 2 green, and is very fast 2 do.
