    it can be like SnS, DS,Lance, switch axe can be effective. It depends on who you fight and if you plan to sleep bomb the monster.

    depending on the monster yes, mellee sleep weapon's can be usefull in a good group. solo you're better off going with a weapon that has high raw ect.

    Not unless you hit before it hits the ground. Once it's on the ground sleeping, then yes any hit will wake it up. But that's when you pull out the Barrel Bomb L+.

    sleep is not forever they will eventaully wake ovver time, but the more you do it the mire resistant they become and be able to wake faster.

    You have a brief grace period where attacks won't wake it up. as ICBM mentioned. When you hear the music stop that's your cue to stop attacking. Sleep bombing can work sometimes, get Status+2 & Bomber

    Also any hit from the kick to a GS full charge is way powerful, don't know the calculations but know that if someone use GS on bombs, GS will hit first, bombs second cause they're slower than GS slash
