Question

Online crossplay isn't working well for me. It has the hell of a lag (near 10 minutes per move!) Maybe is because of my network?

    That so, coffee? for a moment I thought it was due to limitations on the cross-platforming comms. I takes commitment to play a mail chess game! want to give it a try someday.

    Yeah, the online play is "by mail" in all versions, not "live". Though, you can get matches that go decently fast if you and the other person are both on and playing.

    I tried it today with my sis and it takes around 10 minutes to send a move. Slow if you think it's live but I bet it's the fastest way to play by mail with someone who live 5000km far away from you.

    i played at the penthouse with wood staunton pieces, u can't change the board, lighting is a bit too reflective, camera won't stay put, but over all real pretty!

    more options on changing the board & backgrounds mid game would've been nice. playing on the gamepad, i think the hud is always on?

    Yep. That was the way it was meant, I guess. My sis just got the 3DS Version. The top screen's view is isometric and can't be changed. Lower screen shows a diagram view.

    traskin should buy. definitely good for 8$ beautiful game. makes me want to really play some chess. u know these sets in real life cost big bucks. very life like graphics. very nice.
