    Rapid back-steps and side-steps are your best bet. Most bad guys favor their left side, though I think he favored his left. Just step back really quick when he swings and then go in for a hit.

    I think there was a degree of dodge twice to him. Also save up your max special. When a boss does their ultimate attack use it then to counter there hard to dodge move, stops them and you hit.
