    Im pretty sure its not likeley since people who tested the console claimed it would cause headache to see 3D effects in only red colours.

    Virtual Console games HAVE been added to the Nintendo 3DS eShop. I got 20 for free AND a ambassador certificate. Limited edition, of course.
