I don't mess around with breeding except for, like, romantical reasons. But I do EV train. (P.S. I see you changed your Mii back!)

I usually base my EV training off of their natures, and the moves I want them to learn. As well as what role they will play (sometimes).

I never max 2 stats. I usually max 1, put 200 in another, then divide the rest accordingly.
