freefall was not a dlc because on xbox and ps3 freefall was already one of there maps they didnt have to download it so im pretty sure we will NEVER get dlc

    You had to download this map no matter the platform. It was never on the disc. But on the other consoles you had the chance to get it as a preorder bonus DLC at the game's release date.

    When the map was made available for all consoles, there was an update/patch on the PS/Xbox consoles. After it was completed, the map was automatically added onto the game

    It was a dlc when you pre ordered the game it doesn't have to be a pack to be dlc

    go to the eshop , find call of duty ghosts , click on downloadable content and u will find free fall . dlc stands for downloadable content .
