Good lord! Why is the music in this game so wretched. Even Dr. Wily's Revenge had better music, so what went wrong? Nonetheless it's an okay game.

    Capcom outsourced development to another company, one that didnt know much about Mega Man it was also the guy's first time working on a Gameboy soundtrack so that's probably why the music sounds awful

    nah all (except this one) were developed by Minakuchi Engineering, while this was by Biox.
