    There is always the probability that Link (the player) will die while fighting ganon or anything else. The book says it is only possible in OOT because of the timesplit. But that isn't how it works.

    skylar, if you read the book, you should know that it is only an account of what is known. knew games could emerge that take place, for example, if skyward sword link dies. they just havent been made

    Also, what does Link dying have to do with anything? That scenario is what causes a third branch in the timeline which consist of the old 2D games because they didn't really belong anywhere...

    The owl in oot is named Kapeora Gabora and so is the headmaster in SS. That may have ment that Raruu is the SPIRIT, the SAGE, and thats his physical form given to help Link.
