    Eh, I disagree. It's my favorite GameGear game personally. Plus I love Metroidvania-style games.

    I thought that it was a smart idea for Sega to combine the platform genre with the RPG genre. I think this game is one of the Sonic Game Gear games that stands out, alongside Sonic Drift 2, etc.
