    Grab some ''R.I.P.'' stones at the Kakariko village graveyard, and then, when you'll see Dampe, have a race with him. He'll give you Hookshot. Play Forest's minuet and then use Hookshot at the tree near the broken ladder. And then you can explore Forest's Temple. Hope I help you :)
