    A ship belonging to the Citadel Council's Committee on Paleotechnology has been shot down over the planet Garvug. The Comittee had demanded that Sonax Industries and Guanghai Solutions allow their inspection team full access to the Garvug site after it was discovered the corporations had been concealing prothean tech.

    The truth had been brought light a few months ago by a team of reporters from Second Star Broadcasting working undercover at Guanghui Solutions. The company, along with Sonax Industries, was concealing a cache of Prothean technology on Garvug for their own private financial gain. The reporters' documentation had garnered the attention of the Citadel Council's Committee on Paleotechnology.

    Concealing prothean technology is one of the most serious crimes in Citadel Space. An official ship was sent by the Committee to study the data from the site. What they uncovered were what appeared to be files on Prothean inventions. With the ship crash, those files could now be in criminal hands.
