    Go up Death Mountain as if visting Goron City. Up the hill to the left of the flag are boulders. Bomb them then climb and keep going straight until you see a valley. Make sure you've equipped your Hylian shield. As the volcanic rocks come down in the valley, use your shield until it subsides and climb all the way up the cliff. There's a fake wall to your left, bomb it and bingo you're there.
