    there is a combanation of foods (mabey fish and milk, im not sure) that give fyline skills that prevent you from dropping the stone by taking the shortcut out of area 10. Make sure it has as much freshness and stars as you can have. td:lr its a very food reliant quest.

    Eat food for extra health(and if available, eat for Felyne Transporter food skill so you can jump off the cliff without breaking the powderstone). Grab Loc Lac armor for Transportation. Combine Well Done Steak with Dash Extract for Mega Dash Juice(infinite Stamina for a period of time).

    If you have trouble keeping your hp up while carrying the stone back, take Cha Cha and make him have the 'Health Recovery' dance, he'll dance and restore a bit of hp, giving you more time to get back. (provided he is alive and not KO'd)
