    Redeads are blind. They only react to sound. Walk slowly without drawing a weapon or item, and you can get as close as you want without it knowing you're there.

    Yep. You don't even need the Sun's Song. Also, you can keep from accidentally moving too quick by wearing the iron boots. I know it makes a louder noise than running, but it works.
