    Well, first you need to get and hatch a Pocket Egg from the Cucco Lady in Kakariko Village. Then use that to wake Talon, who sleeping in one of the houses in the village. Show the Pocket Cucco to the Cucco Lady after doing that, and she'll give you Cojiro.
